Proving it on real ground

Why we validate across four continents before a dollar of scale capital moves.

There is a difference between a result in a laboratory and a result in a field, a market, or a supply chain. We have built our model around closing that difference early — where it is cheapest to learn and least costly to be wrong.

Our validation nodes span four continents: Iowa, at the heart of the world's agricultural economy and its gateway to the United States market; Chile, our Latin American operating base; Israel, for deep science and venture flow; and the Nordics, for climate and natural-capital innovation. From these bases the work extends into Africa and the Gulf.

The principle is simple. We compress both the time and the cost of proof before scale capital is deployed, so that when we do move at size, we are underwriting a business, not a hypothesis. It is slower at the start and far more durable at the end.
